Disappointed.The hotel was renovated at some point but doesnt make it up to a 4 star standard. Ive been to many places in Italy, Europe and world wide. But this hotel doesnt deserve to have 4 stars. Poorly equipped rooms with minimalistic basics are a disgrace. Rooms are poorly cleaned with remaining dirt and probably other previous room guests belongings. Bathroom were terrible and so old with dirty stain Air conditioning doesnt work, the temperature doesnt go below 25. I reminded the staff several times but nothing was fixed. Frankly Ac wont cool you off i had to ask for a fan. Rooms are without glasses for your drinks. No complimentary bottled water is provided by the hotel. Pool urgently requires cleaning to remove the stains along the water level area and the water itself. Good thing is, hotel is in walking distance to the beach. The breakfast was bad with poor choices of food and bad coffee.
