Nice place to stay while visiting Hanoi.

Perfect location in the old city but in a small street so not too crowded, and convenient for walking anywhere. Room was modern and comfortable. Staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating.

Its an older building and at one point the elevator broke down

Superb

Staff were excellent and very accomodating. We had adjoining rooms with our kids, which is more than sufficient for a family looking to stay in Old Hanoi.
