The place is aesthetically pleasing loved the pool area so much. The rooms are clean and so is the pool area. I really loved everything about how the place looks like 10/10
The receptionist was extremely rude, very unreasonable and she went to other guests and gossiped about us to them. She lies a lot, in the morning she told us that the people in the next room were complaining about our noise and wanted refund that time we were sitting in the pool area the whole time and it was far from our room we only went to our room at 2am to sleep. So what noise smh?
That lady shouldnt be a receptionist honestly, shes not welcoming at all.

Shower is teeny tiny and 1 shower door was broken. Material / fabric bathroom mats are a bit icky - would be better to have wipeable mats (This is not a negative comment, more a suggestion)

Very positive experience!
Very friendly staff! Excellent value for money. Room was spacious and clean.
Security seemed very good with easy access and safe parking.
There was a Bloem heat wave during our stay, but the aircon worked well and the pool was well maintained!
