Very comfortable stay. Our hosts were so friendly! Breakfast was great with warm options. Rooms were small but cozy, great for a short stay! I recommend renting a car if you are staying here. Would recommend. :)

Lovely stay that exceeded expectations

Lovely B&B on the coast. We were lucky enough to have the downstairs room which was beautiful and with our own outdoor area too. Breakfast was lovely, wish we couldve stayed longer.

Convenient B&B for Inverness Airport and touring the Moray Firth coastline.

Excellent breakfast. Quiet location.

Not a criticism - but you need to check in before 10pm or co-ordinate with the proprietor if you are arriving later.

Great base for a highland holiday

Great location. Accessible by bus. Generous breakfast (pre ordered). Lovely hosts, happy to suggest places to visit. Room was very comfortable. Spotlessly clean. Good quality towels and linen. Adjustable heating. Lots of hot water. Hairdryer, iron and ironing board in the room (and toiletries).

We were made to feel welcome and looked after, which is what you want from a quality place to take a

Dougie and Jessie are such welcoming hosts. The place is so clean and kept that way. I am very choosy about my breakfast and theyre tendered to all my picky needs. The location is lovely towards the end of the estuary but its easy to get everywhere you want to go.
