Stay ruined. I have to return to Santa Fe twice in January but will not stay at the Loretto.

We were treated appallingly in the Restaurant by one of the wait staff. I complained at the time, and the restaurant manager was good, but it ruined our stay to feel we could not use the restaurant because of the hostile wait staff. When subsequently asked for reviews, I responded twice and then followed it up with the hotel. No-one from there has bothered to reply.
