Very kind staff, perfect central location
The kindness and attention of the staff in this hotel is truly exceptional. I celebrated my birthday here and they went above and beyond to accommodate us and made our stay unforgettable, thank you! :) We stayed a few days in Palma in December so went for a central hotel instead of one on the beach and the location was perfect. The room was very clean and spacious with free daily refills of drinks in the mini fridge (coke, water, beer).
It is communicated in the description though, but still a bit surprising to me in the case of a hotel like this that you have to pay extra (8 eur for max 90 mins if I remember correctly) to use the spa facilities. On the other hand, you need to book a timeslot before using it which makes the experience very calm and you can enjoy the pool and the saunas basically alone. Also, the doors of the rooms are not super soundproof so you can hear when your neighbour comes and goes but honestly for us it was not disturbing.

Lovely rooms and great location but be careful where your room is - avoid room 117.
The hotel is very clean and in a great location. They also provide a complimentary mini bar which was an added bonus.
Although the staff were very pleasant, they ignored our complaints about the room next door making a lot of noise during the night and the staff by our window. Our window was also located next to where the staff would stand and clean so we would hear them cleaning and talking early in the morning and all throughout the day - We couldn't leave our curtains open without them looking in.
