    I would come back but one of the reasons I booked the place was the pool.
    Great staff and nice design of facilities.
    The pool was out of order. No compensation.

    Good location with easy walking access to centre. Hotel has on site bistro which doubles as popular breakfast bar. The roof terrace was a quiet sun trap
    Parking was a nightmare and the hotel garage was charged at 15 euros per day which in the end was the only sensible option. The surrounding streets were very narrow and navigation was difficult.

    the breakfast could have had more options specially for vegetarians but we went there during Christmas so can understand the under staffing.

    Great hotel!
    A great hotel with a cool location. The staff is simply superb; we were greeted by the wonderful employee Evgeny at the entrance, who was always ready to help and suggest activities. The room was cleaned every day and was in excellent condition. The hotel has its own nice bar with breakfast options, as well as a gym. It is not far from the central bus station, where you can take a bus to any part of the island, and also close to the city center.
    Possibly not the best choice for those who come exclusively for the sea, as it's about a 20-minute walk to the shoreline.

    Extremely loud, shady location, staff not helpful.

    I could not sleep as the room was extremely noisy, the walls are extremely thin and you can hear everything from the neighboring rooms. I woke up in the middle of the night as there was loud screaming and shouting (sounded like a fight from hotel guests) from the rooms near by. I could also hear other guests that woke up because of the same reason. I got woken up again in the middle of the night by the fire alarm which is loud and has bright intermittent lights - it came from the hotels kitchen as the staff burnt smth - no one ever apologies for this when I mentioned it to the staff. The location is not ideal, its located in a shady area, close to a small park where a lot of things are going on at night.
