Nice staff. Towards the sea. Small but pleasant pool. In the centre of Magaluf = You know what that means. :-)

The most expensive for a pet in all Europe = 30 EUR/night.

Im completely dissatisfied

The location is amazing cant be faulted!

From initial check in where I was not given the correct room for which I had paid to the last day I found the reception ( with one exception) to be rude, poorly trained and incapable of dealing with the simplest of requests or complaints! The Manager was asked to contact me 4 times either in my room or on my mobile but didnt do so. On my 4th of 5 nights I requested a timed meeting with him to which he turned up 11 minutes late. One of the pools closed 2 days before the end of my stay and there was 1 member of staff operating 2 pool bars on different levels at the same time. Service at the Breeza Beach Bar was excellent but throughout the rest of the hotel it was awful and slow. It felt more like managed apartments than a hotel. To add insult to injury our belongings were stolen from the Breeza Beach Club pool area after the area was securely closed and locked from the public and when the pool reopened with the only person accessing the area being the hotel cleaner. The Manager refused to review the CCTV footage when I requested he do so with roughly 200 of goods stolen. Im due a partial refund but did not hear back from Tony the Manager on that issue in the 20 hours from discussing it with him to check out!
