We liked the location which was great. That young boy at breakfast in the restaurant was very friendly and polite

Bed!!!! Super uncomfortable and the window was bad the room was super cold we had to use the portable heater otherwise we would be freezing.

Location was good, value for money, breakfast good

The courtyard was in a poor state, also no ashtrays, would have liked to have had a few more drinks in the hotel while it was new years eve. Wardrobe in the bedroom was dodgy

Fantastic Continental Breakfast which was as good if not better than standard breakfast for choice and quality Lovely Room very clean and comfortable with sea view

We as a couple had a fabulous time. I would love to return to Llandudno and would recommend The Iris to friends and fami

The location was perfect, on the seafront with beautiful views and just a 2 minutes walk into the town. The staff were very welcoming on arrival and helpful throughout our stay. Free parking on the promenade between 4pm until 10am. We were notified that our room was available earlier than the original check in time, after a 4 hour journey this was much appreciated: Free continental breakfast which had a varied selection to suit everyone, again the staff at breakfast were very welcoming, and not overpowering! We would most definitely stay here again. Thank you to all the staff at The Iris Hotel

The squeaky floorboards in the bedroom, conscious of them being annoying for the people below us.

Absolutely abysmal experience at this hotel. Not only is there zero network signal in the room, but there's also no WiFi available in the room, making it impossible to connect with the outside world. The staff here are not just unhelpful, but downright rude and unaccommodating. Despite requests, they refused to upgrade the room, leaving us stuck in an inadequate space. I was forced to switch to another hotel due to their inability to meet basic standards. Adding insult to injury, the TV in the room was nothing short of a disaster. Constant glitches, poor reception, and limited channels made the stay even more unbearable. Don't expect to unwind or catch up on the news because the TV here is a frustrating, malfunctioning mess. As if that's not enough, the breakfast offered was a sorry excuse for a meal, utterly disappointing. Shockingly, this hotel lacks even the most basic amenity: car parking. Prepare to circle endlessly in search of a parking spot or risk leaving your vehicle in uncertain and potentially unsafe locations. The absence of this fundamental facility makes the whole stay inconvenient and stressful, especially for travelers relying on their vehicles. Avoid this place at all costs unless you enjoy frustration and poor service.
