Totally enjoyed it just wish we could have enjoyed the pool

Very clean comfortable and a great location. The lady working the front desk at checkout was very nice. She helped me get a golf cart. Held our bags til we actually left the island. Answered all my questions. Three ladies that was with me had never been to the island.

I was told the pool was open until 10. We checked in at 8. Went back to our room to change ( which we told the guy when he said it was open until 10) within literally 10 minutes HE CLOSED the pool !! I went bqck to the lobby he said SORRY!! I said you knew all four of us was going to swim !! Very nice area we just didnt get to enjoy it. They didnt offer to let us swim at checkout( i told the lady working what he did !!

Very good

clean hotel, great location

price is ridiculous. entire island raises prices or the bash at the bay. since one of the concerts was cancelled and more storms were coming it would have been nice to be able to get our money back if we wanted to leave or at least give us money back and charge the regular room rate for thursday night.
