    Very good value for your money in every respect.
    Extremely friendly staff. Check in at 8am due to early arrival on sleeper bus. We were directly offered breakfast and and got a clean room at 9am. The booking of individual trips to the sights around Hue as well as a small group travel to our next destination over the Hai Van Pass were organised exactly according to our wishes and expectations. Coaches cannot drive to the hotel entrance as it is located in a small alley. The staff insisted on carrying the luggage to the bus which was waiting at the street corner some 100m away. Very good choice!

    This was the best hotel I stayed at in Vietnam.
    Beautifully decorated, wonderful staff, delicious breakfast with nice variety, and good location. I would stay here again!

    A lovely hotel with great staff.
    The room was spacious and stylish with some lovely extra touches. There was good storage and a proper luggage rack for two cases. Housekeeping was excellent with fresh hand towels and flannels in addition to bath towels. The staff on reception were very friendly and fun. The location was good being away from busy roads. Easy walking to a number of bars and restaurants. (Beware the restaurant on the corner of the main road as you turn right out of the hotel - they charged for rice which they put on the table but was not part of the order and also for wet wipes/towels which were in packets with the cutlery). The hotel's Christmas Eve party for the guests was a lovely gesture. We used the transfer from and to the train station. A reasonable walk to the Citadel.

    Would come back!
    Lovely staff! Room was spacious and clean. Welcome drink on arrival .We had a massage there and it was really good. The pool area is nice and the hotel is very local bit in a quite area. Hotel arranged the airport pick up with little extra cost and gave us also direction and recommendations for food.
    The nice terrace bar is not served by a bar which is a pity.

    Good stay for the family for a few days
    The staff was super nice and accommodating, especially those who served breakfast. The Front Desk was nice too, accepting a lot of packages that I had delivered. The location is good. Twenty min walk to the Imperial City. Restaurants galore in walking distance.

    Everything was outstanding! We even booked our transfer to Hoi An via Cloud Pass through the hotel for an extremely good price (Connect Travel) with a super nice guide. Roof pool and breakfast was also amazing and everyone was extremely nice.

    Good for location and a 1-2 night stay. Noisey construction and neighbours was not ideal.
    Location great, near many places to eat and walking distance from imperial city. Breakfast was great. Helpful staff.
    There was construction so noisey. People on same floor were loud as left doors open with loud TV on at night. Room was big but not enough light.
