Location is great!

I chose this hotel because of its proximity to Truong Tien Bridge, Dong Ba Market and Hue Royal Palace. The hotel has a nice cafe on the ground floor. The staff is courteous and helpful. Our room is big and has quite a nice view.

I really don't understand why hotels or motels couldn't or wouldn't fix their bathrooms; guests need them to get clean. The bath tub doesn't work, so we had to use the shower sitting in the tub because the shower would wet the window's blinds. The toilet is next to the tub, so when we want to use the toilet, we had to be careful because the floor was wet due to the shower. The hotel provided us with a bar of soap, so we used it to wash our hands. But it disappeared the next day after we came back from sightseeing. When you have 3 guests in a room, please provide a suitable amount of body wash and/or shampoo, because you never know if your guests need them. Luckily, an employee was helpful in getting extra bottles for me when I asked him at the front desk.

Superb

Easy stay in Hue

Qute swimming pool just for myself. It's winter and very few clients. Easy going stay in a very good place in a city.

WiFi was not functioning in the 8th floor d I had to pack and move to lower floor.. No breakfast cause it is the low season.

Disappointing

i stayed here as i was feeling sick and wanted a room away from my friends however i felt even more sick as this place s

i like the bath when the hot water started actually working

smelt like mould, was dusty, very dark even with lights on, air con didnt work, hot water wasnt working had to let the staff fix it

AWFUL ! BED BUGS AND BUILDING WORK

The location was the only thing truthful about this hotel

The access (steep steps) is not suitable for anybody with mobility difficulties. The pictures on the website appear to show a completely different establishment which has no resemblance to this hotel . There was a large amount of ongoing construction work at the hotel . The lift was being used to transport staff and building materials and was filthy . The room was again not in any way representative of the advertising pictures . The room was dirty and poorly maintained with hair and other human detritus in the bathroom . Exposed wiring was visible with what appeared to be live cables uncovered . The worst of this was upon checking the mattress and bedding with a torch there was clear evidence of BED BUGS . I immediately left the room and had been careful not to put any of my belongings on the floor because I suspected that there may be other residents in the room .. I returned to reception and spoke with the female staff member who to her credit was sympathetic and immediately offered a refund . I was wary why the hotel asked for pre payment but now I understand why .Once most 0 people see the reality of the accomadation I imagine they would have a similar reaction . The hotel subsequently had the audacity to report my visit as a no show .... which was symptomatic of the quality and contempt with which they seem to treat paying customers. I don't expect miracles or five star accomadation for the rates being charged by this hotel but have stayed in over 20 hotels in Vietnam for less or similar amounts and have had excellent experiences with clean quiet rooms that represent value for money and are truthful in their advertising. My advice DO NOT STAY HERE UNLESS YOU WANT SOME NEW FRIENDS TO TAKE HOME AS A SOUVENIR OF YOUR HOLIDAY. OR LKE STAYING IN A DIRTY CONSTRUCTION SITE .
