The only thing I could say is that the 'double' bed was 2 singles that kept moving apart

We are regualr visitors and the hotel met our expectations as always

great location and very quiet and private setting, excellent breakfast and some nice treats served throughout the day, the butler service was useful although they are like all hotels still recovering from the pandemic with some new staff learning the ropes.

the lunch menu didn't offer any lite snacks for the pool bar which was a shame, otherwise, everything was great

Fantastic entertainment and event options all round the complex. But overall poor on food.

The location was amazing and the pool was very warm. The activities and entertainment were excellent and by far the best of all the five star hotels we stayed in ( we stayed in three this visit). The views and room itself were modern and clean and well attended by staff. Drink measures were generous.

The food was poor and did not have gluten free options readily available. The restaurants likewise. We opted to go out for breakfast for most of our stay after trying it for two mornings. The availability of food was also another option and the staff were apologetic but did very little about it. The water in the main pool ( where I attended the aqua aerobics) was very cold for a heated pool.
