Overall a lovely stay and we would come back again

Service was excellent, room was great, food was excellent.

Housekeeping could have been better. Cups should not be washed in the room and floor should be properly mopped with a wet mop. There was also a dead fly in the corner of the room for about 3 days which I eventually removed.

Quiet & accessible spacious room with great view of La Caleta. Very comfortable bed, excellent breakfast, lovely staff. With Tenerife becoming an increasingly family orientated destination, the adults only offer here is valuable

Buffet dinner could offer a wider choice and dietary information needs to be better displayed, but this aside, a terrific stay

Lovely relaxing week away, beautiful room, fabulous food.

Every member of staff were exceptionalso friendly polite and professional. Our terrace was wonderful, the jacuzzi was great albeit a fair bit noisy! Our room was fabulously clean and exceptionally tidied every afternoon coming back from the beautiful pool.

Lack of a lounge area, we had friends staying so meeting up to head out for the evening in reception was slightly uncomfortable! Pool service maybe could be improved on, although I know it isnt all-inclusive, pool waiter service could be offered. Our room really should have something to hang toilet roll on instead of balancing on top of the handrail. Wardrobe doors a little heavy to move. Im not over keen on an open bathroom even tho the toilet had a sliding door I feel it should be more private.

Charged 2000 Euros for being assaulted at the property

Hotel was modern, clean and very well kept. Staff were attentive and the 24hour room service was great, Building is very 'instagrammable' and has everything you need for a relaxing holiday all on the hotel grounds.

After being assaulted the security staff at the hotel gave me no support and i was charged 2000 Euros for 'destruction of my room' for bloody towels and blood on the floor. I also dropped a bottle of Vodka given to my by the room service that i paid 70 Euros for and then cleaned it up myself. I showed the security staff the glass from earlier under the bed and explained that it was a mistake when getting room service, and 2000 for a bloody towel and some glass on the floor seems very expensive. Looking forward to being contacted by the hotel for a resolution!
