Very good

A great family-friendly city hotel. My daughter loved the place a lot, as she can ride a balance bike inside the hotel. There are 2 playgrounds inside too.

lack of cleanliness. Looks like some lint from the quilt. We asked the staff to clean it, but the staff just simply made up the bed, with unhappy face and a tsk tsk sound, not trying to clean it up.

The hotel is not bad if you want to stay in the Hafencity area.

The hotel does not look new and you can see that it has been in use for a long time.

Superb

Check-in staff was not very customer focused.

Hotel posted the best time frames to have breakfast which was much appreciated. We were able to avoid the many families with small children.

I hadn't realized this was advertised as a "family friendly" hotel. There were kids and bikes roaming all over the lobby.

Ok if you're planning to spend most of the day and meals outside

Nice rooms, shower, hotel lobby, has 2 play rooms for children, and games.

There was a bad smell in our room . Most of the staff weren't very friendly and helpful. The evening buffet doesn't include any drinks at all, you must pay extra for every drink. Food wasn't very good and not enough options for kids.
