    Great times
    Every thing was great, facility , design , staff especially. Team are very great , Smir , Mohammed , Amos, Mrio , and the great Tareq . All were helpful and supportive and very to guests . Breakfast is absolutely fantastic.
    The only negative thins is the property needs more and more daytime and night activities.

    Absolutely perfect.
    The property is sensational. Peaceful, clean, everything felt exactly as it should when youre aiming for a resort. Basically close to paradise. The staff were extremely attentive and caring, be it at reception, the pools, restaurants or room service. There is nothing more they could have done. Weve stayed in hotels all over the world and nothing comes close to this one

    It was great but pricing transparency can be improved .
    Beach, room, pool, food
    At the pool, the kids slide area is secluded by bushes so one cant see small kids when they are playing on the slides unless the parents sit right at the slides. Kids club had no lights outside the door at night. When we upgraded our room to a family room the booking changed and breakfast was excluded. So these were unexpected costs to pay for. Also, its the first time weve made a booking on booking.com that did not show ALL the costs of the booking. The actual cost of the stay was almost 50% more than planned for due to the breakfast and taxes . This has never occurred when we have used booking.com anywhere else in the world.
