Ok, but I recommend looking elsewhere.

Lovely rooms and view. Spacious balcony, restaurant has a beautiful view, the swimming pool is fun with a swim-up bar.

The management is a bit disorganized, there is no English speaking staff at the pool who can help with food, drink, or chair allocation (other than the bartender). It took a long time to extend the dates for my stay and communicate with staff online. The 10% voucher needs to be physically handed to the restaurant staff before signing the bill, and it does not apply to pool drinks. Everyone was really nice, but would not follow through without being checked up on (like airport transport) or room cleaning. There were several lights broken in the room, and I was told they would be fixed, but they never were. This has 4-5 star potential, but seems to need a lot more TLC from management as the staff seemed a bit disheartened.

Nice hotel that needs some renovation.

Location is great - pool and beach bar aswell. Staff at the restaurant nice and friendly.

Furniture was worn down in the room we had - bathroom was basic clean but needs a deep cleaning. Shower doors not clean, mold in the shower joints. You can see that is has come of age and is not properly maintained.

The room was filthy the air conditioned made the room full of water and vaporised, my power bank gadgets handbags all got ruined as the AC doesnt pump hot air outside . We just been given written off only 120 thbt by the manager which was a joke after this inconvenience which is only 2.73 a big lol I wanted to see him the staff said hes busy in a meeting I left my email to be get in touch he didnt . Im an asmatic patient and this room condition has deteriorated my health
