Disappointing

Access to property straight forward. The steady walk from Circular Quay is 30 minute. This needs to be advertised accurately.

Walk from Circular Quay minimum 30 minutes walk. A mix of flat and uphill paths with a suitcase. Duration and uphill needs to be made clear. Property is on outer perimeter of The Rocks. Expensive for a stark room with a noisy, cheapest fan. Kitchen uninviting even for coffee making. Dont leave used t towels on benches. Put everything in its place. Thinking of extra effort completion makes the difference. Fan in room was cheapest and noisiest on market. Rule is invest in quality and research. For a little more dollar Goldair pedestal fan is quietest and has a remote. Where someone has researched the detail, it stands out and goes towards a tenant of preference. Door handles, cheapest and loose. Finishes are important. Private room at Sydney Central Youth Hostel a better price with air con and quiet overhead ceiling fan, bathroom opposite, clean kitchen managed by staff 24 hours, tram to Circular Quay outside the front door.

Not clean not good for hot days cos it has no AC

The location , easy check in

It was dirty, the floor the bed and bed head was full of hair. No air conditioner and the fan wasnt helping much. Bathroom next to my room was not working and smelled awful. I had to use the bathroom in the basement which was shared with others and wasnt very clean at all.

I was quite disappointed by my stay here.

Kent cozy house was in a very convenient location for exploring the city

There was a leak in the ceiling in my room, I contacted the owners right away, saw that they read my message and then didn't do anything about it for my entire stay. The water went into my suitcase and ruined my clothes. The room was also very loud, though earplugs helped a little.

Location was fantastic and check in was fairly seedless. The fan in the room was good and clean. The staff were fairly responsive but the man making up our room smelt very bad, made us feel a bit off, and he could not speak any English when we tried to communicate with him it was very difficult.

There were no hand or paper towels in the bathrooms to wipe your hands. There was dust/debris on the desk. We never got a room key. The bathroom/shower couldve been cleaner.

Amazing!

Very close to the city and very private. Loved the fact that it was a shared bathroom, however privacy was still kept. Overall great for anyone visiting Sydney!

It was a comfy bed in a simple small room in an excellent location, but...

The location is excellent and was a short walk from the centre of the rocks. The bed was pretty comfy and it fulfilled our needs for what we required. Parking on the street is 2P but there is a 4P area just down the road in Windmill St on the Northern side of the street near Dalgety Rd, which we found by chance on our way to a paid parking centre.

Room was much smaller than the photos and could hardly move around the bed. Powerpoint did not work in room and had an extension lead running in from outside. Shower/toilet was not clean and had hairs in the corner where it hadn't been cleaned for a fair while. No bath mat provided so wet feet were not able to be dried apart from walking on the carpet to our room. Doona on bed was small and didn't cover my feet, I'm 6'1" tall, no top sheet on bed either.
