    Some of the furniture in our room was scrappy looking and the paint was taken off

    Some repairs needed in bathroom ! Broken tile Paint work and water damage around bottom of the bath ! Pillows not to comfortable.

    Very poor standard of customer care.
    Exceptionally poor customer service. No way of contacting Management, no one takes responsibility for any issue. Poorly managed establishment in my opinion. Plenty more professionally run hotels in Killarney to enjoy, whose sole aim is to please the customer no matter what!

    The hotel was excellently decorated for the festive season. The room was very modern and clean. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. We dined in the bar, the food was fantastic and great value for money. I will most certainly be recommending the Oaks to friends and family.
