    Lovely stay in Ardree.
    Comfortable, clean, quiet but only a short walk from town centre. Great lighting in the room, many hotel/ guest house rooms have dim lighting.
    Radiator wasn't working in bedroom but it was a reasonably mild night so it didn't matter.

    Easy entry and access to the city center
    During the time roof repairs were going on, and it was incredibly loud. Staff apologized, but it wasnt a comfortable experience.

    That the heaters only come on in the late afternoon. But it's not that important, I'm all for conserving energy!

    Free coffee and tea 24 hours a day!! Location is great for walking around the town.
