    A beautiful, comfortable, characterful hotel. Staff in reception seemed happy, helpful, and friendly. The room was warm, well appointed, and clean.
    The lack of any kind of facility for parking; no valet availability or self-parking as the hotel is in the centre of town.

    Beautiful hotel in a great location
    The whole hotel was spotlessly clean and warm. Breakfast was lovely and made to order. Beds were very comfortable. Beautiful decor, staff were friendly and helpful. Excellent location.

    Excellent location. Nice staff. Food and dining options could do with an honest review and improve
    Hotel is beautiful in a central location. I had a lovely warm and professional welcome from Siobhan on arrival after a long journey.
    Food and dining options - Food was ok with limited breakfast options and lukewarm coffee. Hannigans bar (served in dining room only but I would have preferred to eat in the bar) roast beef dinner was ok but chicken curry the following evening was disgustingly thrown together with congealed sauce which turned me off. My pricey glass of Pinot Grigio was slightly warm - I like my white wine cold!
