    Clean, tidy great location. kitchen well appointed
    Very cold on arrival. No heat pumps on lower or upper floors. Not enough seating in lounge. Needed at least another couch for people

    Perfect location proximate to the city, and comfortable living spaces.
    Loved the location and the space, and the large first level living space.
    Could not find an iron despite their being an ironing board in the garage. Was a bit cold, and it was so annoying needing to put the key in the box every time we left as per instructions. Needing to go around and empty your own bins at the end was also painful, and not something we've needed to do at any Airbnb anywhere in the world.

    We attended a concert at Hagley Park and the location was perfect for this along with being super close to town. The apartment was clean and spacious.

    great for a family or a few friends, lot of stairs
    3 bedrooms is great and having secure parking in a garage is something that is a great benefit. little balcony is cute but not really practical to use
    was way too hot, bathroom wasnt cleaned properly, some of the curtain rings had come off

    The apartment was fantastic, great location, spacious, clean all you could want or need was provided.
    Not really a dislike, there were 4 adults staying at the apartment. In the lounge there is only one sofa, not really ideal for 4 adults. There are other dining chairs you can use, but not as comfortable. But this was minor.
