    Over priced very small room wanted to change 10.00 for small terrier and 10.00 for breakfast poor
    The food and turn was good
    We paid 250 for 2 small rooms and for breakfast they wanted 10.00 each this is the problem with all hotels in Scotland after Covid, instead of giving guests a good breakfast before sending them on there way. This is a new policy across board in Scottish hotels charge the customers hope they say no and safe money its a disgrace.

    Absolutely vile the way they treat people.
    Nothing got made to feel not welcome, asked if was more booking as was going to book couple more days said no but we checked booking.com they did.
    Booked for 2 nights and the first morning we wake up, the people wait until nearly book out time to come along and say we had been smoking in the room night before as alarms supposedly went off and had complaints but why nothing on that night, coz we never smoked in room we went to smoking area but we were kept up with ppl banging n drunk all night. They made up any excuse to get rid of us. Maybe coz we were young I don't know. But if it was the case we did bad y we getting a refund. More like they have another booking and wanted us out. Absolutely disgusting, never felt so out of place and anxious in my life. Won't b bk! And I'm seriously thinking of taking it further. A treat and we get treated like garbage.

    Warm and cosy, great value
    Very comfy room and I had a lovely view across the battlefield. The hotel including my room had ex ellent wifi and was lovely and earm throughout. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful and the chef singing Christmas songs from the kitchen was the cherry on top :) Great value hotel on Stirling/Bannockburn and easy to get to with public transport. Would stay again
    Obviously not as convenient as accommodation in town centre but the surroundings were lovely and it's only a short bus ride/drive away

    Staff lovely and helpful.. Hotel very clean and homely. Enjoy our stay. Breakfast excellent and dinner also. Thank you to all the staff.

    Nice view did the job , dont decorate whilst guests asleep
    The view from room
    Being woken up to the sound of decorating, scraping and vacuuming , standing on water wallpaper which stuck on shoes while going for breakfast at 7 o clock in the morning . Staff like school teachers sitting people as close together at breakfast, breakfast very small not worth the money.
