The hotel staff, Nida and Thip, are outstanding in making our stay at Kings Garden hotel memorable and pleasant. Nida even drafted a letter in Thai language to help my friend, who speak little English, on her journey home from Koh Samui to Paris.

Good

Staff are excellent, very helpful and coming personally to the airport to pick us up. The breakfast is exceptional and they have good facilities.

The bathroom is very old, run down and not cleaned properly with mould between the tiles (one to wear flip flops in). The doors and windows were clearly left open prior to us arriving as there were around 8 mosquitos in the room when we arrived.
