    The design of room is good and comfortable to stay, recommended for people who do not like too much extra space. Have enough facilities like water dispenser, vending machine even gaming room for hotel guest to visit.
    Curtain is dusty, and have some minor dust on the bed. Shower temperature is not stable, so need to frequently adjust the temperature. Hope saw the improvement on next time visit.

    Good and pleasant stay, but the noise level in the room can be improve.
    The cleanliness was good.
    The room facing mrt track are quite noisy, quite a bit different btw the room facing the other side which previously I stayed. The queue for check in can be improve also, as there are 3 queue when I arrive for check in but only 2 counter serve for check in, these has raise the issue on which line or customer have come/ queue first, as there is no one control the flow, will create unnecessary conflict.

    When we enter, the staff named Hazim served us. He did not greet us and he looked clueless. He just said check in? didnt greet us at all. The service was so bad, he attended to another customer on the phone, while I was there waiting to be served. Until another staff, Tash told him to serve me first instead of attending the phone. So unprofessional, as its our first impression of hotel. Additionally, the facilities like snooker was under maintenance so abit disappointed.

    Satisfied and nice for a short stay.
    Good location, service and ambience. Its 10 minutes walk from The Sphere and opposite of the hotel is Food City. Its near LRT Kerinchi station. The staffs were nice with too and the room is cozy and just nice for a short stay.
    No toiletries (toothbrush, toothpaste and hand soap). They didnt refill the body wash & shampoo. Kitchen utensils (spoon, fork, plates) are not available. They dont provide water, teabags and coffee sachets as well but theres a water dispenser near the elevator.
