Excellent location, great hotel and very helpful staff

Lots of variety in the breakfast. We could reach KL tower and Petronas tower both by walk. Great location.

On couple of days hash browns were missing in the breakfast, it was replaced with baked potatoes

The room, location and breakfast were ok.

The fact that a scammer/hacker managed to send a scam notice through Holiday Inn Express KL/Booking.com's reservation system was unacceptable and could put guests at risk of financial and information privacy loss. Apparently my other family member also received the same scam mail despite making separate reservations at Holiday Inn Express KL via Booking.com and it appeared that the scam mail was widely broadcasted. Strangely to date we never receive any email clarifications from Holiday Inn Express KL and Booking.com concerning the security breach.

Location was ok

The staffs are not helpful. We checked in at 1.30pm. Got our rooms at 5pm. Breakfast is also not good. Lacks variety.

Very good

The location is perfect. Breakfast is OK. Staff is friendly. Overall cleanliness was Ok.

Room itself was showing some signs of wear and tear (especially blinds should be definitely replaced as they was absolutely ripped broken) also elevators was busy all the time seems there actually works only 2 out of at least 5 meant to work.

Good hotel for short stay

Good location close to Bukit Bintang and self-laundry.

Breakfast time is a bit chaos, understaffs but the food is good enough. Lobby is on the 1st floor and the lifts are limited and very slow. Only few restaurants around.

Room is clean, bottled water are replenished daily. Staffs were friendly and accommodating. Good location as it is not near noisy roads and within walking distance to places.

Room wasn't ready at check in time. Breakfast buffet is mediocre, the scrambled egg is raw and watery. The payment of the rooms from bookings.com wasn't reflected on their system.
