The location was fantastic

The management was not very competent, despite asking for a specific room location well in advance and confirmation from their side. They had allotted a room which was not as per requirement. The junior staff were however very courteous and efficient.

The rooms don't have 70m2, showing on the pictures different room than you receive

Good location Friendly staff

The rooms we received doesn't have 70 m2 and it looks completely different from the photos. The bathroom was terrible. The glass on the shower was grey and we have many hairs in the shower. In the room we didn't have any armchair visible on the photos. On the breakfast they have only instant nescafe prepare in the kettle The cosmetics in the room were the cheapest from the supermarket Hairdryer without no power Food in the restaurant it's medium tasty I slept on Bali in 3 places this one was the worst. I believe it could be nice place but probably 10 years ago right now it requires some basic renovation, lower prices and real photos

Everything was just perfect. Amazing location , garden , restaurant and staff. Super close to everything (tourist attractions , shops , markets , etc.) . Will be back next year

Great Spa packages

The spa was fantastic we got the 3hr package for our wedding anniversary and it was amazing. The two bedroom villa with private pool was beautiful.

The menu for dinner didn't have vegetarian options, they may have been able to accommodate but a few things listed on the menu would have been well received

A great place to stay.

The room & service were excellent, breakfast very good. The swimming pool was also very good. Staff were very friendly & helpful.

Good value and close to good restaurants.

Close to the venues for the Ubud Writers Festival and good restaurants and cafes. Relatively quiet location and lovely swimming pool.

The sink had drainage issues and I had to ask for extra toilet paper at one point as it wasnt adequately stocked. The room fridge was quite noisy so I had to unplug it overnight as Im a light sleeper.
