Location, spots and view

Need more organization, you cant be waiting for attention at the reception for more than 40 minutes. Also, it is important to train all the employees to answer question or at least bring clarity to your inquiries

Tower B room is okay but not tower A. Management doesnt care about customer time much.

ocean view and access was good. Proximity to pharmacy and basic essentials was good.

We have a ocean view room but for the first few days we had a room on 3rd floor in tower A with view covered by coconut trees. They took 2 days to move us to a different room which was okay. But they made us check out at 12 , wait in lobby and gave the room at 3 pm. But when we wanted late checkout, they didnt give us that time back either. The room in tower A was too bad. It is old with broken sync, dirty toilet and cold shower water. Room in tower B was okay but bathrooms dont have exhaust fans. So gues what could happen.

unfortunately, the hotel is not in a good condition, and the quality of the food is very poor, in particular the breakfast, the restaurant smells bad.
