They stay was okay at best but the beach and pools were so much fun

We loved the atmosphere around the pools and beach. Food was okay

We didnt like that everything was very dated and old. Some of the staff werent so pleasant and that they try to hard to sell you on buying timeshares even when you say no. Didnt like the fact that the drink cups werent properly cleaned after someone would drink them. They just washed with water and no soap

Location

Manager Jesus scammed us of $300 on a 3 night stay. System picked the kids age as 6 for both meanwhile they are 7 and 9. He wanted us to pay $100 per night per child extra. And was rude about it when advised about how it got booked.

Having to stand in line for reservation - unable to make reservation due to early excursion. After jumping through hurdles to get the reservation - seeing half the tables empty. Italian food was cold. Quality of alcohol at a couple of the bars. Food quality was just ok.

Terrible value. Rude staff.

The spa staff was excellent and the massage was quite good.

Overcharged for our stay even when actively showing the rate available on booking.com app at the front desk. Additionally, many of the staff (particularly the male staff) were extremely homophobic toward my partner and I.
