    About This Property

    Featuring an in-house brewery, this traditional building is situated at the foot of Heidelberg Castle in Heidelberg’s Old Town district. Heidelberg-Altstadt Train Station is just a 5-minute walk away (Read More). Rooms are located either in the main building of the Kulturbrauerei Heidelberg or else in the adjoining annex, Wirthaus zum Seppl. Rooms feature wooden floors and come with a TV. A hairdryer is provided in the en suite bathroom and some rooms offer views of the castle. Guests can enjoy a range of dishes and fresh beer in the Kulturbrauerei’s sunny beer garden. Kulturbrauerei Heidelberg is ideally situated next to the River Neckar, and Heidelberg University can be reached on foot in 5 minutes. The A5 and A656 motorways are a 10-minute drive from the hotel.

    Great place to stay right in the center of Heidelberg
    The location is great and the restaurant highly recommended. The staff are helpful. Theres parking onsite and the charges for pet reasonable at 10 euro. It was a pleasant stay.

    Lovely hotel in a fabulous setting
    At the heart of Heidelberg's magical old town and very convenient for Christmas markets, food and hospitality. The fantastic old dining room is at the heart of the experience and is just wonderful. Very atmospheric. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean and staff were friendly and helpful at all times.
    Even though breakfast is provided in wonderful, atmospheric settings, it is very expensive for an adequate continental buffet with very few options

    Perfect location in the old town.
    Great location in old town. The restaurant downstairs was both homey and lively. I think the staff might be family. The breakfast was a buffet line in the kitchen. Otherwise, the main dining room was huge and had corporate and cruise groups coming in. Still, it felt intimate.

    Great boutique hotel in the heart of Heidelberg!
    Staff was wonderful! Let us store our luggage until room was ready. Great location to walk to Heidelberg Castle and the Christmas Markets. Would recommend!

    Cozy, Comfy room with great beer from the hotel micro-brewery.
    The room was really spacious and cozy. The bed was very good. Our little kids slept very good for the entire night. The restaurant is also a micro brewery. Beer is exceptionally incredible and second to none in this town. I have been dining here since 2014 and keep returning for the beer and foods!
    It was sad that, for the room at this price, there is no basic amenity like a kettle in the room. I had to walk down to the reception and asked for it. Still, it was not available as there were only three of them and all were occupied. While this is not something major, but it could have been better to comfort all guests.
