Location : awesome Room with a view as agreed we booked based on online reservation: Top Notch Facilities : Awesome View: awesome Cleanliness : Excellent work

1) at least a Bottle of water 2) Beds was separated, we asked for a single twin bed. 3) Didnt know there was a cafeteria in the hotel , got to know on the last day we were leaving. Staff didnt mention about it

Totally recommend this place.

Everything. Grand place indeed. Gorgeous view from our large corner room of the beach and island. Close to city centre. 3-4 bus stops.

Excellent location, friendly staff, comfortable stay

Friendly staff, 24h reception, excellent location, less than 2 minute walk from the beach

Very good stay overall, only two small things that could have been better: - the toilet in my room was squeezed into a corner, and I could not sit properly on it, I had to sit sideways because there was no leg room to sit straight - also, I brought a plastic bag to put my dirty clothes in, and a 1.5l water bottle to refill. These were both thrown away, as the cleaner assumed they were rubbish. Maybe the hotel can add a policy e.g please put any rubbish in this area, so that they dont throw away things by mistake

Superb

Another relaxing stay.

This is our third stay, and love La Galeria, but did not take advantage of the breakfast on offer. It will always be our first choice when visiting San Sebastian.

Hardly anything, but an English speaking news channel ( at least ) would be welcome. Staff are always friendly and helpful, and the room has extras often missing in other hotels within this grade.
