Great location with friendly hosts.

Very friendly and helpful owners. Nice breakfast. Perfect location near boat harbor to Ile aux Cerfs. Thank you for the great stay.

Disappointing

Rating does not match the reality

The location is nice. Nice bars and restaurants around. The staff/owners are very nice people and super helpful. They warned is which restaurants require reservations etc. Super nice people and good breakfast

It is just not the level what we expected of an accommodation with this rating. The room had very small windows with bars on the inside. This did not make a nice comfty feeling. Everything in the room was old and nearly broken. There was a lot of mold and the shower was just bad and moldy and dirty. The only wardrobe was in the bathroom By my view this was ok-ish two star or a quite bad three star accommodation

A really nice stay!

Jessica, Jenika and the rest of the team are really lovely people. They were always happy to do what they could to make my stay as pleasant as possible and to offer local information and advice. For example, they alerted me to the fact that, on the night Chez Tino - the biggest of the neighbourhood restaurants - is closed, it would be important to make a reservation at one of the other restaurants because of limited capacity! The room was small but nicely decorated and had a nice big bathroom. The breakfast was substantial and tasty. The food at Chez Tino was good and really liked Green Island Beach Restaurant, but I thought La Case Poisson, right opposite, was hugely over-rated!

Very good

I can recommend.

The hosts were really friendly, great atmosphere, good breakfast and good rooms. Very close to the beach. I can recommend staying here for a couple nights and then staying somewhere in the north as well to experience both sides of the island.

Parking space is limited, lots of stray dogs in the streets.

One of the best stays I have ever had, everything was as described, or even better.

Absolutely amazing stay! The family that owns this B&B is so welcoming and friendly, they always tried to help me, give advice, contact details for local taxi etc. Delicious breakfast every morning. Beautiful rooms, short walk to beach and local restaurants. Felt like part of the community. Definitely recommend to anyone who wants to experience the true Mauritius.
