    There location is really far from the lake. There are very few busses. You might have to take a taxi everytime you want to go to the town.

    The staff was very unfriendly. Not helpful at all answering basic questions, seemed irritated if you asked to call a?taxi, or as the location of places, ie; clothes laundry, shopping centers. The woman managing the bar and kitchen during the day, was very unfriendly.

    Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Shower had good pressure. Room was clean.
    Room was adequate but small. Lighting towards the door was poor and no light switch at the door. There was no tea or coffee facility and no English TV. I could hear a lot of noise from the bar and from adjacent rooms. dinner menu is poor

    The room was clean, shower was amazing! and breakfast buffet was absolutely best!
    The ventilation in the room or adding fans if air conditioning doesnt work. Since we had to open the window for some air, there was a lot of outside noise making us uncomfortable and difficult to go to sleep.

    The jungle lady at the reception was great, nice, helpful, and spoke perfect English. She was the only nice thing there.
    Raum komplett minimalistic. We got a barrier-free room, but we didnt ask for it. The bathroom was so dirty, that we didnt even use it. The toilet partly broke, no shower, just the shower head from the wall, erc The bed was old and terrible. Really loud due to the hotels bar. Restaurant is overpriced, everything is sticky and seems that the dishwasher has left the company long ago
