Lovely hotel, great views, friendly staff

Good location and with the guest card the receptionist gave me, free on the bus to Hall and Innsbruck, so I didn't have to drive everywhere. This is a beautiful area. It is a lovely hotel, huge room, balcony, welcoming receptionist - friendly and helpful. Really good breakfast. Amazing views. Restaurant ok for dinner. Not open Saturday or Sunday, but plenty of options in Hall and Innsbruck.

The pillows are uncomfortable.

The hotel is situated in a small town on the side of the Inn valley, and can offer some beautiful views from the higher floors. Breakfast was very good. The hotel does not have a dedicated bike room, but the staff let me store my bike in of the at the time unused social rooms.

The bed had the single worst pillow I have ever experienced - it could be only described as "crunchy". For real, each little motion would result in whatever was filling the pillow making audible crunching noises. Restaurant was surprisingly expensive (think 27 Eur for an unremarkable Wienerschnitzel).

Wonderful hotel located within a short drive/bus ride to Innsbruck. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Everything! Staff was welcoming, very friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was very good with lots of choices. Dinner in the restaurant was very good. Room was spacious and clean. Location was relaxing and quiet.

Beautiful location, embedded in the Alps overlooking Innsbruck. Very scenic. Family-run hotel features Alpen style architecture and furnishings - heavy on the natural wood look. Spacious rooms with balcony and good sized bathroom. Very comfortable and personal service.

Bathroom features integrated bath-tub and shower with high-entry level - surface of the bath-tub whilst immaculate and smooth was easy to slip on. Shower-head could not be adjusted in height due to a defective fixture. Towels could be larger and thicker.
