    The service and friendliness of the staff could not have been better.
    Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and homely feel. Free coffee in the lounge. Excellent location for both Bournemouth and Boscombe piers. Great breakfast next door at the Derby in wonderful Christmassy and peacock themed surroundings.
    Room 6 had two singles pushed together - one firm and comfortable, the other way too soft and uncomfortable. Bathroom rather small. No ice for drinks at the bar.

    Booked last minute for a New Years Eve break. Thoroughly enjoyed it. Staff were superb so helpful and friendly

    What a beautiful hotel!
    The spa bath and the decor!!
    Only issue was it was very hot in our room but nothing that cracking a window and getting the fan out won't help?

    It served the purpose but would try to book sister Hotel for future reference Staff etc fantastic in both Hotels
    Peaceful setting
    The central heating not working in Bedroom had to use noisy electric fan Having to take breakfast in sister hotel across the road

    Enjoyable weekend
    Bed was very comfortable. The room was clean and a reasonable size. The breakfast was very tasty even though it was in a different location
    The bar prices were very expensive. The ensuite in our room, the attic room was small. Unsuitable for a larger person. The location was average as it was a 20-minute walk from the town centre

    A pleasant hotel
    The room was massive and had a very comfy bed, and was quite a charming and cozy lay out. A pleasant enough stay for 1-2 nights.
    You had to go to another hotel over the road for breakfast.
