    Great hotel in a ghosttown
    Clean and beautiful hotel, nice rooms. Empty (quiet) streets Could stay longer, just the surroundings are not appealing
    We visited Ha long in December 2023, it was a complete ghosttown, so many newly built/ almost finished buildings but empty. 7-10 min walk to the "center" with restaurants. Laundry service charged 80k/kg for same day delivery, but didnt even fold the clothes. Staff doesnt speak english, asked me to translate for other guests as I happen to speak a bit vietnamese...

    Loved this hotel, the room was great, the location was interesting. We came during the off season so it felt like we had the place to ourselves. The breakfast was lovely and all the staff very helpful. Would stay again!

    The area is completely empty. It has been built on a new development plot and nothing is open yet. Its like a ghost town, with no people around.

    Nice hotel but book a taxi by yourself
    Nice rooms with a lot of space, roof top swimming pool. Optional laundry service (80000 dong per kg) really fast, clothes given at night and ready early next morning.
    The taxi booked the previous night by hotel personnel arrived late (dont know whos fault), but hotel personnel came up with extra charges for the taxi in the last minute when they knew our destination since the beginning.
