Would not recommend, wish had not been fooled by high review.

Staff were nice Trekking tour was amazing

1.The location, you could hear the cars and motorcycles from your room. 2. The room facilities were not worth $300/night when you would open the tap in the vanity the water would go cold in the shower. Definitely not worth the value. 3. The pool was not heated and the water in the spa was cold as well.

Peace and quite

The view was breathtaking as our rooms are overlooking paddy fields. Staffs was helpful to bring our luggage from lobby to rooms.

Need tavel by taxi to Sapa town.

Superb

Wonderful escape from the bustle of the main city of sapa. Quiet with amazing balcony views, huge plush bed and wonderful staff and service. Breakfast spread had good variety and the restaurant serves nice dinner as well. Would come back again!
