    very pleasant stay in a well located and nicely refurbished hotel.
    Good location, a short walk from the lively port area, with cafe's nearby on the square. Hotel has been recently refurbished to a high standard. Price was very reasonable given the quality of the accommodation.

    A good option if visiting La Rochelle
    Good location to explore La Rochelle, about 10 mins walk from the harbour. Car parking is available at the Verdun car park but is expensive. An alternative is the car park used by the market traders about 5 mons walk away, no charge.
    Breakfast was fairly limited.

    Good location , rooms are spacious. Sitting in the garden in the late afternoon.
    The towels were a little worn . Breakfast a little pricey , we went into la rochelle - 10 minute stroll for coffee and croissant.

    Excellent breakfast and charming garden
    Bedroom decoration was too modern for fabulous old house. Unsympathetic art exhibition was spoiling the panelling in the breakfast room.
