    Very nice couple of days in La Rochelle
    Within easy walking distance to the centre of La Rochelle. All the staff were very welcoming and helpful. There was also plenty of secure parking which is a big bonus. Our dog enjoyed the stay too!
    Nothing to dislike apart from the fault of our Sat Nav that kept sending us round in circles for twenty minutes. The lady at reception said to use the Waze app for directions!

    Lovely hotel overall and a great quiet base for the parks of La Rochelle.
    We stayed one night to explore La Rochelle, the pool was lovely - small but refreshing, service was good and lunch and drinks nice, hotel prices but still good quality. The room for the four of us was a squeeze, it was not very up to date but was clean and fine for one night. The town is a good 15 minute walk with kids and the whole area mostly pedestrianised with lovely parks with animals just round the corner. Bring a pram or be prepared to walk lots.
    I found it difficult to navigate the town from the hotel with young children and taxis' are not really used here. It would be great if the hotel had prams or buggys available to rent/loan or a small shuttle service into the central square.

    Easy access, easy booking and good location 10 minutes from harbour. Loads of secure parking which was great as we have surf boards and bikes on our van.

    the aircondition was very slow and didnt feel like it was working.. when we mentioned this to the nice lady at reception she said its a pity we didnt call at night because they control it from reception. it didnt occure to us that if you have a switch in your room , you still dont control the ac

    Great hotel, great location.
    Really friendly, helpful staff and lovely guests. This hotel has a lovely atmosphere and nice bar area for evenings and breakfast. The breakfast is INCREDIBLE! There is everything you could dream of and children eat breakfast for free.
