Very good

We enjoyed it very much.

The location is excellent. The breakfast is good, the cleanliness very good. In the bathroom there was plenty of hot water all the time with big and fluffy towels. The staff are very kind and willing to serve.

A fridge in the room is necessary, the breakfast, although plentiful, did not have the expected variety.

Superb

Very convenient but a tad pricey

The hotel is just in front of the Main Train Station and an easy walk to the Old Town. A great place to stay if you are a first timer in Strasbourg.

We went during December holidays so be prepared to pay more.

I liked the place because its literally accross the station.

The staff are super nice. I requested ( vacuum to seal my luggage ) and she really looked for the vaccum even it was late that evening. They are very helpful.

Fantastic hotel with the best staff!

The staff was extremely welcoming and friendly. Jennifer at the front desk was a gem. She upgraded us to a lovely suite. Breakfast had plenty of choices including hot boiled and scrambled eggs and sausages and a variety of bread and croissant. The breakfast staff was so sweet and helpful with special requests I had. Nothing was too much trouble. Overall a truly warm and welcoming hotel. I will return.

I wish the rooms had a fridge but otherwise very nice.

Breakfast was included in the price. I would say it was better. A glass of gluewine for gesture was a added value. Locker facilities would rate as good

No water bottle in the room which was not expected as rated the hotel for four star. The reception answered to drink the water from the tap or you have option to buy in the vending machine. The lighting was not up to standard and dark in our room we stayed. The waiting lobby was not so attractive to give a good vibes for Christmas and was bit darker. They can improve at least providing 2 bottles of water as. A gesture

Perfect location for visiting Strasbourg

Great location by train station and quick walk into town centre. Lovely view from the room. Comfortable bed. Good breakfast selection!

Bathrooms are old and need updating.

Exceptional

Excellent location with comfy pillows

The location was excellent. A very short walk from the train station and a very easy walk into the town. This hotel had the most comfortable beds and pillows we have encountered on our trip. The breakfast was simple but delicious.
