Great location basic facilities

The location is superb. It is in the middle of the city, close to public transportation, Duomo Square and other attractions. The staff was kind and the room was nicely decorated. We enjoyed our stay.

The location does not have a 24/7 reception, and we arrived at 11 pm, so we needed to coordinate with the owner (who was kind), but still, required us to have a phone connection. In addition, there are ongoing renovations right next to the building and the room was very noisy in the morning.

Location was really nice ! Also the lady in the desk was very kind and helpful.

Window frame is old and cold is coming inside. Also the room is not sound proof and you can hear everything around..

Excellent location near in the centre, lot's of restaurants nearby. Quiet street, short walk to metro station. The room was compact, clean and well equipped.

The location of the building was really good! Near everything. The room was clean and looked fine, but it could use a bit of paint. Bathrooms was spacious. Reception and Roberto were nice and helpful, and let us leave our luggage until 9 pm after checkout. Provided water and coffee in the room. We couldnt hear the street from our room - we also requested a room away from the street.

Unfortunately, the room itself felt small and had a lot of shortcomings which could have made the place much nicer. Not that much space for luggage, could use a shelf in the bathroom - no place to put stuff but in the sink and had to leave stuff on the floor in the shower. No hooks for towels by the sink and only one by the shower The ventilation system did not work properly or maybe we couldnt figure it out? The building is being renovated which leave us to the worst part of our stay. At 8 in the morning the whole building is shaking and the noise from the reconstruction is so loud that you do not even what to be near the street the building is located. We were also woken up during the night when people got home or left the place with luggage. I cant say how the place is when it is not being renovated, but it is not a place for a good night of sleep at the moment
