The location.

Terrible service, problems with electricity all night and day, air conditioning stopped working, it took the service guy two hours to arrive didnt solve the problem. Worst stay of my life.

Very close to park Hyarkon which was good and comfortable because I could walk to the concert I was seeing that might. Friendly staff. Quick check in and check out. Spacious room that are very beautiful and comfortable

On the overall very mediocre

The breakfast buffet

When we came late in the evening we have seen that the bed wasnt cleaned and the sheets were dirty. We complained to the night manager and he brought us clean sheets which we laid over the dirty ones. Next morning we have spoken with the general manager and asked to clean the room properly. Sure enough, when we came back it was only partially made up and we had to call the night manager to bring us pillow covers which were missing and put them ourselves (its not his job, nor it is ours)
