Not the best

Good location. Basic hotel.

The rooms weren't very clean. The towels were very old and frayed. And one of the rooms stunk of sewage.

When I booked, I asked for a quiet room and was given one I was also upgraded to a better room, which was very much appreciated The receptionist was very helpful

super convienient location at a good price. Nice clean rooms, water provided free of charge. very close to numerous restaurants and shops

The wifi is truely terrible. If you need to work from your room, I would deffinitly avoid. Likewise, avoid the laundry service, my stuff took the best part of a week to come back on a previous stay, despite asking daily!

Open wall sockets, room wasnt ready for check in, still not clean after check in.

Breakfast was okay, not so many options and not very high quality, but still okay. Bread was good. Location very good, close to the train station and zoo, public transport. Staff is very nice and helpful.

There were multiple open wall sockets with exposed wires. We were staying there with two kids (6 and 3 years old) and were feeling very uncomfortable because of that. The suite was badly maintained, with doors not able to close and doorhandle of inner door allmost falling off, possibly locking our children in their bedroom. Very noisy with guest slamming doors late but this was possibly due to doors being very hard to close, like in our room. Our room wasnt ready for checkin in at 3 o clock so we had to wait a little bit which wasnt too bad. But after we finally checked in our room did not really look very clean, maybe they forgot to vacuum? Also since we booked a suite with a little kitchen, you would expect at least some cutlery or bottle opener but basicly there is a kitchen with an electric stove and a fridge but thats it. So if you expect to prepare meals, or even open bottles, bring your own stuff.

Overall OK and/or good due to the price which I've reserved.

The Location was very good, and the staffs were generally very good.

1) The hotel never replied nor answered to my questions that was sent to them via Booking.com. 2) My room located on the 1st floor (1 above the ground floor) and faced to the back street. People (maybe on the street) were peaking and walking passed by at 3 o'clock and/or 5 o'clock in the morning, loud enough me to wake up. Also, the room was located somewhere just above the kitchen/restaurant, I guess, and I heard people carrying in/out something guessing out/into a truck that was parked just under my window at around 4 o'clock or earlier, which was enough making me wake up and look out of the window. 3) I paid with card at my arrival and was told that I would get the receipt for it at my departure, which didn't came out. (Alhough I have also forgotten about it, due to the concern about my luggage which was more important at that time, they should have issued it, shouldn't they?)

Very poor

I couldnt sleep here - the mattress was filthy and stained . Tried to convince them to give me a different room but there were none. Eventually they drove me to a sister hotel and gave me a very nice upgrade. Was disappointed I had to push to get a clean room.
