This was my first stay in NH hotels and I fell in love with it!
The interior design was brilliant, with red, black and gold colors. The staffs were welcoming, and there was an exclusive check-in area for each guest. The check-in process was fully digital, and the lighting in the lobby was excellent. There was a Christmas gift, free chocolates and a postcard with a special handwritten welcoming note. The room had a Nespresso machine, free mineral water and a Bluetooth speaker on the wall.
There were no slippers. I chose green stay by hanging the special card on the door, but they came for room cleaning. I understand that it was an extra service but it broke their rule.

Parking is a bit of a hassle and expensive, but that goes for all of Antwerp

It was the hotel where I paid the most expensive parking fee among the hotels I have stayed so far. While the other car parks in the city cost 22 euros per day, the hotel car park was 31 euro.
The hotel was full even though I had a reservation so they sent me to another hotel, but I was staying there as I had friends there. Really disappointing.

Amazing breakfast, very helpful staff, spacious and comfortable room. If you don't need a daily cleaning of the room, they offer instead a free drink in the bar - nice touch!
It's possible to lower the temperature in the room only to 21 degrees which is a bit high for a good night sleep.

An excelent hotel to stay
The breakfast was a 5 star. With lots of variety and options for the vegan people. The room was big and the hotel is very good placed near the train station and other types of transport.
The heating sistem was a little too slow. It takes some time only to heat a half degree. The windows ware not soundproof and when some big buses passed by, you can hear the noise they do on the asphalt.
