Quiet location and easily accessible to the main centre of town. Family friendly rooms.

Property was older than images shown. Room was not ready on arrival (were cleaning air conditioning unit- which was a good thing). No lift to carry large bags. Might not be the property for you if you have large bags. Property has the potential to be lovely, was really messy when we arrived.

Not a bad stay for the price paid however if we had of paid more I would have been very unsatisfied

Good location to restaurants and shops, Sunday night markets are right at your feet and overall decent value for money.

There were no lifts throughout the building and the there was no soundproofing to the bedroom door so we were woken up most night by people coming in and out of their room. We were there for 5 nights and the room was only turned over twice even though we were up and out early each morning. No clean towels provided throughout the stay and no hand soap at all in the bathroom.

Our host was very friendly and helpful. She arranged for laundry and a lift to the station when we needed, and gave good advice when asked. The location is excellent for exploring the old town.

The beds were a bit hard for some of us but not so bad.

Very nice, exceeded our expectations with size, location and cleanliness. Great value

These rooms are huge, extremely comfortable and very clean. Very quiet yet a minute's walk from so much. It's in a very quiet little alley with minimal traffic, unlike any other streets that I saw. The owner is really nice and speaks great English. My husband got lost without his phone etc and when I mentioned it to the owner of the establishment, she set off on her motorbike to try to find him! Huge fridge, a lot of bench space, beds and pillows were really comfortable. Very nice lobby space with tea/coffee facilities, snacks, toilet and comfortable lounges. Super quiet. We were really rapt with this location and the kids enjoyed the bear theme.

We were happy to leave after one day but it did the job in first arrival.

Had a fridge and microwave. Teddy bears for the children. Help with bags upstairs on arrival.

No escalator. Very basic. No breakfast and no where immediate to buy breakfast. Not great with small children.

Great little hotel, quiet area, right on the doorstep of the Sunday markets and a short ride away from the night bazaar. Very comfy room, water is replenished everyday.
