    Great location but was expecting better
    The location is excelent. Two minutes away of all the sightseeing in Prague. This is the best thing of this property. It has a living room area with expresso, tea and cookies where you can chill and stay if you dont want to be in your bedroom. There is a lot of panflets for you to go to tours and concerts. The staff is very professional
    The WiFi is very bad. We had to move bedrooms and it got better but still not a steady one. The staff is very professional but theey are not kind. I think I havent seen a smile the whole time. The breakfast is not great and it was very full of people. They take everything away at 10am and they dont even ask you if you want to go before it is gone. They dont change the towels even though they were on the floor. We were expecting more from this hotel.

    Excellent place to stay for a short break in a great location, but would bring ear plugs next time
    Nice breakfast, very good location, staff were helpful and attentive
    Quite a bit of noise in the room, not just on new years eve, as could hear people in next room and walking past.

    Spend really nice Christmas holidays,everything is in walking distance.
    Perfect location Everything is in walking distance. Breakfast was nice but not perfect
    Mattress in king size bed was too used,was not straight and you tended to slip to the middle of the bed. Moreover the cleaning team did leave only 2 bottles of water(not every day) and I was asking every day for more bottles of water. Once I was told by the receptionist,that I could drink tap water or I could go to a near mini market and buy water!! I found that behavior rude,when at the same time they charge more than 300 the suite Other stuff was polite.

    Beautiful place
    I booked the junior suite for 2 people, it was very spacious and all furnitures were very nice and brand new. We had two bathrooms, two showers and one bathtub, and everything for a cheap price. The staff was nice, continental breakfast was included and very rich. The staff were nice and the location was close to everything worth to see. I would recommend it especially for couples .
    The only problem in my opinion is that they dont have elevator since the structure is old, but well renovated.
