The receptionist and staff were incredible, and they supported me in every single way. The location is great and the hotel is the most cute one, it was great.

There is no minibar in the room.

Excellent service and nice place

We love to stay in this place. It is a very cozy room with a lovely space. I love the breakfast. Thanks for an upgrading room to us and a free welcome bottle of wine. I would like to highly recommend to anyone else who look for a great place and great location.

The hotel definitely exceeded my expectations. It is a beautiful, very comfortable hotel and the location is incredible. The people took great care of us, very friendly. The room and bed were super comfortable and the breakfast was super delicious.

Fantastic location, very helpful and kind staff with a lovely breakfast outside (when weather permits) to start the day!

I loved the location of the property and the fact that it was located on a small piazza but very close to a larger one and close to the Vaperetto stops. It was very enjoyable having breakfast outside in October! I found all the staff very welcome and helpful. Very kind!

It is not that I did not like it, I knew that I chose a very small single room with bathroom across the hall. The room is in fact very small but as I was barely in it, was not that problematic. I chose location location and something within my budget over a larger room elsewhere.

We were upgraded to Bloom B&B around the corner. We received a complimentary bottle of Prosecco to share on the rooftop terrace. Wonderful location and breakfast.

Our private bathroom was separate from our room and required locking/unlocking each time as well as passing the neighbors room in the hallway.
