The staff were absolutely wonderful, so kind and relaxed. The room decor was so lovely and cute, it felt like a mini palace. And it was the best shower Ive ever had in Italy! The location was a bit of a walk (30-40 minutes) from San Marco and the main attractions, but still plenty of fun restaurants and shops nearby. The breakfast was delicious and sent us on our way with smiles and full stomachs.

Excellent and pleasant stay! Recommend.
Breakfast was delicious. You can choose what you like and they do not limit you on the quantity even though it was not a buffet breakfast.
The stairs. There was no lift and we have to carry the luggage up the second and third story. Host/Staff was helpful and they helped to carry up the luggage if you can't do it.

The service is great and we had a very pleasant stay there.
The owner is very nice and helpful. He carried our luggage up/down stairs and provided storages after we checked out.
The breakfast has meat, cheese, egg, fruit, toast, desert, nuts and etc. They are tasty and fresh.
The room is clean & very stylish. It has everything we need: coffee machine, water boiler, drinking water and etc.
It is well furnished with table, chairs, bench, rack, daybed, armoire and etc.
The location is only 10 minutes from the Santa Lucia station on foot. It's easier when you have luggage.

Exceptional service
The owner, Romano, was very hospitable. All the issues and requests we had were solved very quickly. It was client-oriented approach.
The hotel style was very cozy and in the spirit of Venice.
The breakfast was just perfect, tasty and fresh.
Everything was perfect, just the location was in 20-30 min wak from the center, but close to Piazzale Roma, 8 min walk.
