Excellent location in the heart of Vail. We did not eat in the hotel. Many fine restaurants within walking distance.

The buffet breakfast was a huge disappointment!! Food was cold and not choices. It was very expensive for bad eggs and undercooked bacon. No where was it mentioned it was a buffet and the breakfast menu is on the website. So if it isnt being offered you just update your information. Also the information about it being a buffet and the price should be in the messages you send out before we check in.

Good location, a bit to one side away from the Vail village main square, near gondola. Breakfast options were good in Cucina. Rooms are nicely appointed. Water/Soda filling station was a plus.
Some areas are not stroller friendly.
A bit of a walk from the Vail village promenade.
Lack of room service may be a negative for families with young children.

Location was great. Very centrally located.
For the price, the room was quite small and nothing special. I was there for 3 days and my room was never cleaned and we ran out of coffee pods. The chromecast constantly didn't work.
