    Tolerable at best.
    Car parking and gratis final drink! Food in restaurant.
    Bored reception. No action on broken Wi-Fi, workmen in room when I entered having been given key, freezing red wine with meal, worn out accommodation.

    Not as good as usual.
    We have stayed there about a dozen times. The location is great and the restaurant fabulous.
    On this occasion the restaurant was closed although the website says its open on Sunday. The staff member was not helpful about suggesting somewhere else. Also lots of the plug sockets in the room didnt work and there were only bedside lights.

    Reasonable value for money.
    Easy to find, not very expensive, beds were comfortable, no bathroom and toilet to share. Near Dijon centre. Good nights sleep to continue journey next day.
    Staff could be more friendly, surroundings were not very pretty, a bit outdated.

    Absolute shambles, wants removing from booking.com

    We arrived and there was an issue with the booking, they couldnt find our booking.com confirmation even though we showed confirmation email. We were made to wait and the receptionist didnt have a clue what to do. (Different guy to the manager) Then the whole saga unfolded. The hotel is advertised as having Airconditioning. The aircon in our first room didnt work so we went to reception and complained, given another room with the same situation and then given a third. After all of this hassle and clear inconvenience to the manager, the manager stated that the aircon wont go below 25c as its an old building. This is a clear excuse for an old and inadequate system. Bear in mind it was 39c outside that day. Do not stay here if you want to be cool in your room. Complete disgrace from start to finish. In the end we walked out and went to stay at the new holiday inn around the corner. Spend 40 more and go somewhere that values your business and provides what it says it does.

    Excellent and convenient stopover en route between north and south of France.
    We stayed at this hotel as a one night stopover en route from UK to South of France. Large and comfy room with an excellent view of the local Bastille Day fireworks. Very obliging staff, excellent service and a good breakfast. Everything was organised and arranged very efficiently. Would highly recommend.
